Pastor Scott Pilkington - Senior Pastor Scott & Lorrie Pilkington have served as pastor of New Life since October 22, 1995. Scott is a graduate of Union University in Jackson TN. where he attended on a baseball scholarship and majored in education. Scott is currently enrolled at Asbury Theological Seminary finishing a Masters degree in Theology and Church History. Pastor Scott is a national speaker for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and leads the TentoSend Ministry which scholarships young people to explore the mission field and attend summer camps. Lorrie is a graduate of Lee University in Cleveland TN. where she majored in elementary education. Lorrie was part of the Lee University singers and currently leads the praise & worship teams at New Life. Scott & Lorrie have been married 14 years and have two boys, Jordan 12 and Joshua 10.

Pastor Lynn Whalen - Associate/Children Pastor Lynn Whalen is an associate pastor with the church, working with Children's ministries and the college Bible study. He and his wife Cheryl have been married for 28 years. They have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Lynn is a graduate of UCF and a former Vice President of Wheeled Coach Ambulance Manufacturing. The Whalen family first attended the church in 1981. In 2003, the church sent a group to Quito Ecuador. Lynn attended the trip, and during this time felt the desire to do ministry full time. In 2003, he obtained his Exhorter's license with the Church of God, and was hired on staff in January of 2004.

Pastor Matt Stevens - Youth Pastor Matt and Heather were married in 1992. They were blessed through the miracle of adoption of a daughter Hailee in November of 2002. God has truly blessed their family. They moved to Orlando from Knoxville, TN in January 2005 to become the youth pastor at New Life Church. Although they had been involved as youth leaders in a church in Tennessee this was their first full time ministry experience. Matt is a Tennessee native and really never thought or leaving. But God had other things in store. When the opportunity came to be in full time youth ministry, it was something Matt never thought possible. And without God it wouldn't be. Their family loves being here in Orlando and here at New Life. Matt and his family have felt very welcome and have really been blessed by how everyone loves on our daughter so much. They have fallen in love with our youth, and feel God is blessing and teaching us much more than we are them. They feel so blessed and thankful to have this opportunity and look forward to just being a part of what God is doing through the youth ministry.

Pastor Ric and Jessica Rivers - Children's Church Pastor Ric and Jessica met at New Life Church of God and have been happily married since December 2006. Pastor Ric is a student at Asbury Theological Seminary, currently working on finishing his Masters of Divinity. He is also a Chaplain Candidate in the United States Air Force. Jessica Rivers is pursuing her Masters of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Central Florida. Mrs. Jessica teaches the LittleSavers service and drive a bus every Sunday morning
